We ship internationally. The shipping charges will be added to your order as you proceed to checkout, and will be determined by the Country your order will ship to. Free shipment might be available for certain amounts and countries.
Customs, duties and taxes
When ordering from GlassLampShop , you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the European Economic Community may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees collected by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are collected once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; GlassLampShop has no control over these charges, nor can it predict what they may be.
Although our packers have had years of experience, occasionally breakage does occur. Open your order as soon as you receive it and all claims for breakage must be made within 5 days of receipt. If you receive a broken shade, take pictures of the glass received & broken item(s), packaging materials including the interior box, and the exterior of the box from all sides. Email us a firstname.lastname@example.org and include the pictures. Be sure and keep all of the packaging and the broken item(s) for 15 days so that we may process a claim and the carrier may require pickup of the broken shade for inspection. We will replace the shade as quickly as possible. The customer bears full responsibility for any damage not reported within this 5 days period.
We recommend hiring a qualified electrician to install your lighting fixtures.
GlassLampShop is not responsible for any damage or defects due to faulty installation.
We endeavor to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to photo graphical error, typographical error or error in pricing, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price and shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Please pay close attention to the following items:
Please check all your boxes as soon as you receive them.
Refer to your packing slip and contact us via the contact page first. Return the item in its original outer, inner boxes & packaging materials and insure the package for breakage. Package the item carefully, as we cannot credit the product that becomes damaged during return shipping. Returns must be received by us within 30 days of the date ordered. Once we receive the shade in its original condition, you will be refunded for the cost of the shadeless 20% restocking fee. Credit for the returned items will be processed and shipping in either direction is not refunded.
Special Order, Custom Orders & Final Sale: Items cannot be returned.
GlassLampShop cannot be responsible for any missing or damaged goods if we are not notified within 2 days from time received.
Sale items are not eligible for returns. Defective sale products will be repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion.
Items that have been installed or not in original carton or packaging are not returnable.
We will credit your account once a return has been inspected and is determined to be valid.
